The queuing system and its components setup can be done through the Bloom Master’s backoffice. With an extremely easy approach, Bloom allows to:
  • Set services and counters

  • Determine which services each counter will manage

  • Establish a priority for each service in each counter

  • Create schedules and open hours for each service

  • Temporarily suspend services

  • Manage users and set permissions

  • Create surveys

  • Add and setup devices

  • Access statistical data

  • Call and manage tickets through QM-PAD


Bloom Master is provided as a pre-built system or as an installable Windows software to install on any PC. The pre-built systems can be either an Intel NUC or an Intel Compute Stick, both plug and play.

Dashboard and Statistics

Bloom gives real-time and useful statistics, allowing professionals to monitor their business. The system generates metrics and reports to enable managers to optimize resources, get to know their customers and have insightful business awareness.


In the dashboard it is possible to check real-time information in dynamic charts, last notifications,
how many tickets are in each stage, the status of users and devices, and more.


Bloom gives daily and between date ranges statistics about the queuing process and its performance through charts and tables, possible to export to a file.

Manage Tickets

QM-PAD is an application for counters designed to call and manage tickets in the assigned queues, and it is already included in the system.

Since it is a web-based application, QM-PAD can run in the existing counter’s PC or in any device (tablet or smartphone) that has a web browser.

Bloom Connectors

With Bloom Connectors it becomes possible an easy integration with external applications for an improved functionality. This will allow to add value to the system managed by Bloom Master and will take the customer service to another level.

It is possible to use the Bloom SMS Connector to send targeted text messages to customers about queue status and with products and services information, for example.


Bloom Email Connector uses an email service provider and a previously created account to notify customers and staff about the queue status and scheduled appointments.


The Active Directory Connector is also available to validate users in Bloom. When the login credentials are submitted, the user will be updated in the local database and will have permission to access the system.

Digital Signage Integration

Using any digital signage system while organizing the customer flow with Bloom is also possible, since Bloom’s queue management module is easy to integrate with another digital signage system.
